Caroline represents clients in a variety of real estate matters, including obtaining land development  and zoning approvals,  securing permits, forming condominiums and planned communities, representing community and condominium associations, and representing landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers.  She has extensive experience representing clients before municipal boards and governmental agencies.
