Edwards was part of a panel presentation on "Hot Topics and Trends in Condominiums and Homeowners' Associations" hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Philadelphia PA and simulcast locations. She shared the panel with Steven Sugarman, Esq.; Marshal S. Granor, Esq.; and Stefan Richter, Esq. Her presentation addressed selection of the appropriate type of restriction, making sure the required formalities are included, drafting approaches, and relevant statutory requirements and case law.   • 11/2015  Caroline A. Edwards spoke on "Vapor Intrusion" involving the migration of of volatile chemicals from contaminated soils or groundwater into the air inside a building at the Montgomery Bar Association's Realtor/Attorney Liaison Committee meeting in a co-presentation with Peter Porretta, AIA , principal architect with Lighthouse Architecture in Philadelphia PA. Ms. Edwards' presentation included discussion about the regulations and practices affecting vapor intrusion and issues to be aware of when buying and selling property.
