Caroline A. Edwards is the principal and founder of the Law Office of Caroline Achey Edwards. For over twenty years, she has represented clients in real estate matters, including obtaining land development and zoning approvals, securing permits, creating condominium and planned community documentation, representing community and condominium associations, and representing property buyers and sellers. She has extensive experience representing clients before municipal boards and governmental agencies.
Bar Admissions
Ms. Edwards is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
LEED Accredited Professional
Ms. Edwards has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional Designation from the U.S. Green Building Council, through the Green Building Certification Institute. She is the first attorney in Pennsylvania to become a LEED AP BD+C (Building Design and Construction) speciallist.
