Caroline A. Edwards is the principal and founder of The Law Offices of Caroline Achey Edwards.  For over twenty-five years, she has represented clients in real estate matters, including obtaining land development  and zoning approvals,  securing permits, forming condominiums and planned communities, representing community and condominium associations, and representing landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers.  She has extensive experience representing clients before municipal boards and governmental agencies.

Ms. Edwards is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

 LEED Accredited Professional

Ms. Edwards has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional Designation from the U.S. Green Building Council, through the Green Building Certification Institute.  She was the first attorney in Pennsylvania to become a LEED AP BD+C (Building Design and Construction) speciallist.

Ms. Edwards earned her B.A. in History from Gettysburg College and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
