Law Office of Caroline Achey Edwards
Firm Mission
The Law Office of Caroline Achey Edwards was established in 1993 with the mission of serving clients' needs with an emphasis on quality, integrity, and focus. I strive to provide quality legal services, performed with integrity, focused on getting the job done in the best possible way and with the best possible outcome.
My practice is devoted to real estate law. I represent clients with a variety of real estate needs, which include subdivision, land development and zoning approvals, condominium and planned community documents, buying and selling property, and negotiating commercial leases. As a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, I have the particular knowledge to represent clients with "green" building projects.
My clients include businesses, banks, religious organizations and individuals. I represent developers whose business is real estate development, as well as companies and individuals whose real estate needs are focused on a particular project or problem. My experience allows me to carefully analyze the issues presented by each situation and to map out the approach most likely to be successful in reaching my client's goals.
I represent clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. I am one of only thirty attorneys in Pennsylvania to earn the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council through the Green Building Certification Institute, and am the first attorney in Pennsylvania to become a LEED AP Building Design and Construction (BD+C) specialist.
