The Law Offices of Caroline Achey Edwards provide sophisticated, experienced guidance to developers, businesses and property owners in dealing with real estate issues. For over twenty-five years, I have worked to solve my client's real estate problems. By concentrating my practice on real estate law, I have developed the depth of knowledge and skills to understand the pitfalls and opportunities that make a crucial difference to a project's success.
My clients come to me to for direction on a variety of real estate needs, which include subdivision, land development and zoning approvals, condominium and planned community documents, buying and selling property, and negotiating commercial leases. As a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, I have the particular knowledge to represent clients with "green" building projects.
I represent clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. I am one of only thirty attorneys in Pennsylvania to earn the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council through the Green Building Certification Institute, and am the first attorney in Pennsylvania to become a LEED AP Building Design and Construction (BD+C) specialist.
